Lee has over 40 years’ experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry. He has opened restaurants such as Suzie Wong’s, an upscale Chinese Restaurant, and Schezwan Kitchen, a fast casual Chinese restaurant in the Lincoln Park area. He owned a successful 17 unit Asian QSR concept called Quik Wok which he acquired from Pillsbury in 1989 in the Dallas and San Antonio market. In 2002, Hollywood Casino reached out to Paul when they were looking to open a new Asian concept which he fully executed from start to finish. Seven Fortunes became a profitable restaurant for the Casino for close to four years.
 Paul is currently an investor of an array of restaurants that include Coco Pazzo Café, Coco Pazzo, Tresoldi, Burger Bar, and many more. He is also a General Partner/ Founder of Sunda New Asian. Paul has had many successes with development of hospitality and real estate concepts. His understanding of the operations, financial accountability, strategic planning and vision has brought him much prosperity and respect in his business. His ventures are all award winning, high volume and profitable concepts that have achieved high standards of accomplishment over the years.
